Booking information – so that everything runs smoothly
🛎️ Check-In & Check-Out
You can arrive from 4 p.m. onwards—we look forward to seeing you!
Check-out is by 9 a.m. If you want to sleep in, please let us know in advance (if possible, we'll make it happen).
💰 Payment
You can pay by bank transfer (in advance) or in cash on site. Card payment? Coming soon. Until then: classic & uncomplicated.
🧒✨ Discounts for children
Young guests up to 3 years of age stay at a reduced price. Would you like a baby cot, high chair, or baby bathtub? These are available on request for a small fee. Simply specify when booking.
📅 Cancellation policy
Sometimes life gets in the way – no problem, here are our fair cancellation rules:
- Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.
- 40% of the total price for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival.
- 70% of the total price for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival.
- 90% of the total price for later cancellations or no-shows
- Non-refundable offers will be charged at 100%
- For bookings made through third-party portals, their terms and conditions apply
⚠️ Changes & special requests
Please inform us of any special requests, such as cots, additional guests, pets, or extra parking spaces, at the time of booking—we will charge for these upon arrival, if applicable. Changes to the booking are only valid in writing with our confirmation. Changes made by telephone are not considered binding.

myZillernest house rules
We are delighted that you are spending your vacation with us at myZillernest! To ensure that all guests feel completely at home, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:
🎿 Ski storage room & sports equipment
Please do not enter the stairwell or elevator with ski boots on—your skis, snowboards, bikes, etc. are best stored in the designated ski and sports equipment storage room.
♻️ Waste separation
We care about the environment – please separate your waste carefully and take it to the recycling room on the ground floor.
🚪 Check-out & damage
Please check out by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you damage anything (hey, it can happen!), just let us know right away—we'll take care of it.
🧼 Kitchen & tidiness
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment as you would like to find it: Dishes washed, dishwasher started, no burnt pots. In case of heavy soiling, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee.
🤫 Quiet hours
From 10:00 p.m. onwards, we ask you to be considerate of other guests.
🐕 Pets
As much as we love our four-legged friends, unfortunately no. myZillernest is pet-free—out of consideration for people with allergies.
