Parking
Each apartment has a free parking space available in our underground garage.

 

Electric charging station
You can charge your electric car right at the house at our electric charging station. There is also a Tesla Supercharger station in the neighboring community of Stumm.

 

Bike & sports locker
A bicycle storage room with an e-bike charging station and tool corner, as well as an assigned sports locker with storage space for each apartment, are located in the basement of my Zillernest.
You are welcome to charge your e-bikes there free of charge. Bicycles can be rented at the Rosenalmbahn valley station - Intersport Strasser. Here you can rent modern mountain bikes, e-bikes, city bikes, or downhill bikes, as well as accessories such as helmets, child seats, etc. Reservations can also be made online. 

 

Ski room & sports locker
The ski and ski boot storage room is located in the basement of my Zillernest. Each apartment has its own assigned ski lockers, which can be opened with the room key card.

 

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all apartments – please smoke outside.

 

Coffee machine
Our apartments are equipped with Nespresso coffee machines. The pods can be purchased in the lobby on the ground floor. Filter coffee machines are also available in the apartments.  

 

Kitchen equipment
Our kitchens are equipped with an electric stove, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer compartment, toaster, and blender.
Salt, pepper, and sugar, as well as dish towels, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent, are all provided in your kitchen.

 

Sauna & relaxation room
In winter, the sauna is heated daily from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In summer, we are happy to turn it on upon request. 
Use of the sauna is only permitted for guests aged 16 and over. 
Sauna towels are available in the sauna. 
Bathrobes can be rented from us for a fee. 
Use of the sauna is always at your own risk.
Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you behave quietly.
